Return Process

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item. Please include the RA number with your return shipment.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible, and ship it to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item, excluding:
- Original shipping costs (unless the item was defective or incorrect)
- Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- Any restocking fees, if applicable
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same return eligibility criteria.
Digital Products and Services
Due to the nature of digital products and informational services, these are generally not eligible for return or refund unless there is a technical issue that prevents access or use. Please contact us if you experience any problems with digital products or services.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been used beyond normal inspection
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
